PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries
Symptoms
The process, PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries, is run and fails with the following error:
ORACLE error 20044 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20044: Environment is not setup to run summarization. Check PJI setup and BIS profiles.
