Cannot Transfer Back To Consigned For Implicit Consumption, Consigned Transaction Has No Lov For Consumption Transaction (FRM-41830) (Doc ID 364738.1)

While doing a "Transfer to Consigned" transaction, receive the following error when attempting to enter the "Owning Party" or "Consumption Transactions".

Why can users not perform a "Transfer to Consigned"?

FRM: 41830 List of values contains no entries

1. Navigation: Transactions à Consigned Transactions
2. Enter type as Transfer to Consigned
3. Click transaction lines button.
4. Try to use the LOV for "Owning Party" or "Consumption Transactions"
5. Receive the error.

Due to this issue, users cannot cannot do a consigned inventoy transaction.
