Symptoms

Steps:

Insert records in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE for 2 different organizations, org A and org B.

Launch Transaction Manager from org A.

Records for org A process successfully.

Records for org B get stuck with error_code "Value secured" and error_explanation "Invalid distribution account segments".

The distribution account is valid in org B.

Launch Transaction Manager from org B and the transactions process successfully.
