11.5.10 RAC

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 with RAC using OCFS:
When attempting to view the log files of concurrent requests
the following error occurs:

ERROR
In forms session: VIEWER-READ ERROR
In request log files: Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20100: File o0004162.tmp creation for
FND_FILE failed.

Changes

Using OCFS (Oracle Cluster File System) version 1 for the common log and output file directory for concurrent managers (APPLCSF).
