Item Category Sets In Modifier Product Attribute (Doc ID 371575.1)

Goal

When selecting a Product Attribute from the List of Values on the Modifier Line, is it limited to only one inventory category set?
If one creates a new category set, will it appear in the 'Product Attribute' List of Values ?
If one wants to create a Modifier that will discount by product line and product lines are defined in the Inventory Category Set named 'Product Family',
not the 'Inventory' item category, is it possible to accomplish this ?

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Modifier Header
2. Create Modifier Line
- Click in 'Product Attribute' field
- LOV displays:
* Item Number
* All Items
* Item Category
* iStore

--> If one creates new Inventory Item Category Sets, will they show up in the
LOV??? -OR- is the 'Inventory' Item Category Set hard-coded into the LOV??
