On 11.5.10 in Production:
On the organization Hierarchy form, after querying the hierarchy and organization, when selecting the records in the subordinates region the following error occurs:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Oracle PA super user
Navigation: Setups > Resource and Organizations > HR Foundation > Work Structure > Organization > Hierarchy
i) Query the Hierarchy.
ii) Query the Organization.
iii) Click on the lines under subordinates and the warning note appears.
