Populate/Refresh Configuration Model Is Not Working Properly (Doc ID 372599.1)

Symptoms

When submitting the Populate Configuration Models concurrent request, the following error occurs.

No BOM data to extract. Verify that the bill you want to import exists on the import enabled server.


STEPS:
1.  Log in to Oracle Configurator Administrator

2. Navigate to Schedule > 'Populate Configuration Models' 

3. Enter organization

4. Enter Model item number

5. Submit

6. Error occurs
