Populate/Refresh Configuration Model Is Not Working Properly

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When submitting the Populate Configuration Models concurrent request, the following error occurs.
1. Log in to Oracle Configurator Administrator
2. Navigate to Schedule > 'Populate Configuration Models'
3. Enter organization
4. Enter Model item number
6. Error occurs
