Symptoms
On Release 11i, when attempting to apply <Patch 5055050> 11I.HR_PF.K RUP 1,
or
On Release 12, when attempting to apply R12 Upgrade Patch 9239090 ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.1.3 RELEASE UPDATE PACK,
recieve the following error:
FNDGFU fails with ERROR
ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE
FAILED: file FNDGFU on worker x for product fnd username APPLSYS.
In adworkxxx.log:
