Symptoms
When attempting to end date an element from the elements form, the following error occurs:
APP-BEN-93103: You are attempting to modify an element entry which is attached to a standard rate.
Stesp to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain and query a benefit enrolled employee.
3. Access the Element Entries form and attempt to end date a benefit element.
