R11 R12 Unable to find the Revenue Functions in Assign Autoaccounting Rules (Doc ID 374431.1)

Goal

A user disabled the Interface Labor cost to GL and Interface Revenue to GL in Setup->System->Implementation Options (PAXSUDSI)

Then they created AutoAccounting Rules and Assigned rules for Costing but when they tried to create rules for Revenue, there were no Revenue Functions in Assign AutoAccounting Rules.

Why is this happening and how can this be fixed?
