How Can I Resubmit Errored Receiving Open Interface Rows? (Doc ID 374967.1)

Goal

On 11.5.10.2, You are using Internal Sales Orders, and have successfully:
- created the Internal Requisition
- run Create Internal Orders (from Purchasing)
- run Order Import (from Order Management)
- done Pick and Ship Confirm

This has populated table RCV_Transactions_Interface with the necessary Receiving information for the Ship-To Organization,
but the Receiving Transaction Processor (RVCTP) is failing with :
- "APP-PO-14094 No records meet your search criteria"
.. and you can see from the Interface Exceptions report that the error message on each Interface row is:
- PO_RI_INVALID_DEST_ORG

You realise that this error is probably occurring because there are no Receiving Parameters set up for the Receiving Org, so you navigate
in the Purchasing Superuser responsibility to "Setup > Organization > Receiving Options" and add the missing RCV_Parameters row.

The question is - is there any recommended method of resubmitting the errored RCV_Transactions_Interface rows now that the underlying
problem has been fixed?
