Shopping Cart Fails In Punchout Error Code: 401 Invalid XML Format In Shopping Cart Document (Doc ID 375216.1)

Symptoms

Punchout to Supplier through Oracle Supplier Network (OSN). After checking out in supplier site, the cart is attempting to transfer back to iProcurement and it fails.

Executing Direct Punchout to the same supplier works fine.
