Symptoms
When attempting to process a life event, the following error occurs:
APP-PAY-06304: You cannot delete this entry while it has future adjustments
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Attempt to process the life event.
Error message is shown.
