Status Monitor shows ASO Approval Workflow with errors.

Error Name -4061
Error Message ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated ORA-04061:
existing state of package "APPS.ASO_APR_WF_PVT" has been invalidated ORA-04065:
not executed, altered or dropped package "APPS.ASO_APR_WF_PVT" ORA-06508:
PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Error Stack Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(ASO_APR_WF_PVT.SEND_NOTIFICATION,
ASOAPPRV, 20187DET, 171792, RUN)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user sysadmin
2. Access Status Monitor
3. Do a query,the parameter is:
Workflow Type: ASO Approval
Type Internal Name: ASOAPPRV
Workflow Status : Error
