Symptoms
When trying to add a Plan Type to a Financial Plan requires addition of a Resource class rate schedule but the fields are not visible.
Project List - Select project - (T) Financial - (ST) Budgets and Forecasting - (B) Add Plan Type - Select Approved Cost Budget from LOV - (RB)Cost Only - (B) Define Planning Options - (CB) Quantity, Raw Cost, and Burdened Cost - Accept all other defaults - (B) Apply. Receive error:
"Resource class rate schedules are missing."
