Symptoms

The General Ledger Posting program fails to post a batch. The status is:        Error21 Unable To Convert Amounts To Reporting Currency

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. General Ledger Responsibility > Journals > Post
  2. Select a batch to post
  3. Observe the Posting concurrent program is triggered
  4. Check the status of the batch once the concurrent program completes

 New batch posted.
