Collection Elements Not Being Displayed on the Quality Collection Plan (Doc ID 377733.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10+CU2 in Production:
The user has downloaded the seeded collection plans embedded into the Quality Module. Once those have been downloaded, new collection elements have been created and added to those elements already in the collection plan that was downloaded/copied. The new added elements on the collection plan do not show up in the enter quality results form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that all collection elements be visible in the collection plan that have been designated as viewable.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy Collection Plan
2. Create Elements
3 Add new elements to the copied collection plan
4. Try and enter quality results




Verified the issue by the screen shots in the file Oracle_screen_shots.doc which shows a
collection element that was added on the first screen shot. On the last screen shot it shows the enter Quality results form and a blank spot where the collection element that was added should be seen.
