Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
User received the quantity into inventory but RMA Line is stuck in "AWAITING_RETURN" or "AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOSITION" status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Line status of RMA should be closed after receiving.
STEPS
The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but can be seen with the following steps:
- Order Management Super User responsibility ((or equivalent))
- Navigate to Sales Order form
- Query order number
- Find line stuck.
