RMA Line stuck in AWAITING_RETURN or AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOSITION (Doc ID 378221.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User received the quantity into inventory but RMA Line is stuck in "AWAITING_RETURN" or "AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOSITION" status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Line status of RMA should be closed after receiving.

STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but can be seen with the following steps:

  1. Order Management Super User responsibility ((or equivalent))
  2. Navigate to Sales Order form
  3. Query order number
  4. Find line stuck.
