Goal

Concurrent program 'Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report' shows Run Balance as VALID
but with a Run Balance LOAD Date of 2008/01/02.

When retrieving the same Run Balance / Dimension from within the application (PAYWSDBT) the combination is showing as INVALID.
