Symptoms
When creating a new customer, the following error is displayed:
APP-AR-96282: Error:
The following SQL error occurred:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS_U3) violated
and the new customer record cannot be saved.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard
Create a new customer record and try to save it.
