OEXOEORD: Error Message "You Must Not Supply Conversion Rate and Date when you Supply Conversion Type of Types Other than User" When Copying An Order With Conversion Rates (Doc ID 390700.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to copy an existing order to a new order, an error is
encountered. Prior to upgrade in 11.5.5, the user was able to copy an order even though the
conversion date was entered.

ERROR

"You must not supply conversion rate and date when you supply conversion type
of types other than User"


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility =Order management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
3. Enter an Order with currency code different from the functional currency.
    Specify the conversion type.
4. Book the order
5. Copy the order
    Click the Action button > Copy > OK
6. Copy fails and error above is displayed.
