1. How do you remove the first page of the assessment?

questions on this page and click Next to go to the next test page.", but there is no next button
on this page because there is no second page. How do we personalize these instructions
to remove that statement? The seeded instructions already include "Click Finish Test if you are
ready to submit your test."
