Symptoms
When attempting to open the Catalog on a Purchase Order, the following error occurs.
ERROR
APP-FND-01388 CANNOT READ THE VALUE FOR PROFILE OPTION FND_DEVELOPER_MODE IN ROUTINE &ROUTINE
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PO form
2. Query PO
3. Click catalog button
This error also is happening when opening Autocreate form
