'Value Has Expired' or "Value has been disabled" Error in Asset Assignments (Doc ID 393670.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to transfer an asset from one expense account to another

OR complete Assignment form for Partial Retirement an error message is returned:

 

 "Value xxxx has expired"

or

"Value xxxx has been disabled"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1/Query the asset that needs to be transferred as follows

FA > Assets > Assets Workbench

2/ Perform the transfer changing the expense account through Assignment Button
