Purpose

This guide should be used to help diagnose issues where external supplier users cannot access the Oracle Sourcing pages. Please note, if the problem applies to more than just Oracle Sourcing pages (e.g. also iSupplier Portal), then its likely a technology stack issue, which our eBusiness Suite Core Technology Support Team can assist with.
