Goal

What are the API's to update AP_BANK_ACCOUNTS_ALL table records from back end?
Can we use ARP_BANK_PKG.UPDATE_BANK_ACCOUNT to update the inactive date for the expired credit
cards?  What API can be used to update AP_BANK_ACCOUNT_USES_ALL.PRIMARY_FLAG?
