BMCMUD - Mass Change is Completing with Error Status for Multiple Items, Updates Inactive Items, Succeeds for Single Item (Doc ID 395665.1)

Symptoms

The "Mass Change Bills of Material" (BMCMUD) completes in error with the following error message in the log file when a group of items are processed, but succeeds when one item at a time is processed.

What is Working

The mass change for one item is working, but for a range of item (if an Inactive Item is included) fails.

Expected Results
Expect the mass change to be applied to the system without error.

Steps

1. Navigate to Bill of Materials > Bills > Bills > Mass Changes
2. Choose the inventory organization
3. Enter the mass change number, type, parent item.
4. Press the changes button.
5. Enter the Actions.
6. Press submit.
7. Navigate to View > Requests and monitor for the request that completes in error.

Changes

Upgraded from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10. This issue did not occur in 11.5.9.
