Symptoms
Temporary files generated by Concurrent Requests and stored in the %APPLTMP% directory are not removed from the file system upon completion of the Request. These files contain information of the Concurrent Request like shown in the following example:
Due to this problem, the number of files in the %APPLTMP% directory keeps increasing continously.
The filename of these temporary tiles are always of the OF%.tmp format in which the % will be a randomly generated value of numeric and alphabetical characters.
Note: the problem is port-specific meaning that it only occurs on Oracle Applications running on Windows (e.g. Windows 2003 Server).
