On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to use QP Bulk Import of Price List, to update the header and update list lines,
the following error occurs:

"UNEXPECTED ERROR IN QP_BULK_UTIL.UPDATE_LINE"
"UNEXPECTED ERROR IN PROCESS_LINE:User-Defined Exception"

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the concurrent request to import a Price list, 'QP: Bulk Import of Price List'. The parent concurrent program completes successfully but the child concurrent program
errors.
