Symptoms

After apply a patch that contains an updated version of pyvendor.zip, concurrent program Quantum Update Data Installer fails with:

ERROR
HR_6882_HRPROC_ASSERT
LOCATION py3vntsetup:5
APP-PAY-06882: Assertion failure detected at location py3vntsetup:5.

Cause: an internal error has occurred at location py3vntsetup:5.
