Information in this document applies to any platform.

------------
Any customer attempting to implement 'International HR and Payroll'

Symptoms

If you are attempting to implement 'International HR and Payroll' and are following Note:261452.1 Technical Brief: International HR and Payroll,
then at some point you are going to have to submit and run process 'International HRMS Setup'.

One of the parameters for this process is p_legislation_code, and when you look at your LOV for this parameter, 'ZZ' does not exist.

Changes

The LOV for parameter p_legislation_code is pulled from value set
PAY_IP_LEGISLATION_CODE,
and for this value set the data is being pulled from view FND_TERRITORIES_VL.

This view is built upon tables FND_TERRITORIES and FND_TERRITORIES_TL.
The rows within these tables are based on ISO 3166 Code lists,
and only on ISO 3166 Code lists.
