Clicking View Offer Redirects Applicant to Local Login Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An offer is sent to an applicant via email. When the applicant clicks on the View Offer link, it redirects to the internal sever vs the external server and can't view the offer.
Expect applicant to view the offer
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a vacancy
2. Apply for the vacancy
3. Create an offer to the applicant who applied for the vacancy
4. Try and view the offer and the offer link redirects to the internal server instead of the external server.
