Goal
In the Contact Center, why does the following message appear when changing the customer type in the Preferences Tab of the Customer Profile form (or) on clicking on the refresh tab in the Contact Center?
MESSAGE
'Active Dashboard Group does not exist for this form. Use the Profile Setup Form to attach an Active Dashboard Group'
Responsibility: Customer Support/Field Service Dispatcher/Any Custom Responsibility
Navigation: Service Request -> Customer Management -> Contact Center
STEPS
1. Query for a customer
2. Go to the Dashboard Tab. Click on Refresh
3. Message appears
