FAMAPT - Mass Additions Post

Symptoms

When attempting to run Post Mass Additions, the following error occurs in the logfile:

Cache: Error retrieving row from FA_CATEGORY_BOOK_DEFAULTS table for:
         Category ID: xx
         Book:  ASSET BOOK
         Date: xx-xxx-xx

ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function fa_cache_pkg.fazccbd returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pvt.initialize returned failure
Error: function fa_addition_pub.do_addition returned failure
Mass Addition ID: <mass addition id>==> ** FAILED **
Error: function fa_massadd_pkg.do_mass_addition returned failure
