Symptoms
During a platform migration, when attempting to run "adclonectx.pl" on the Target instance it fails with the following error:
Enter the Database listener port [1521]:
APPS password is required to validate database connection using database port 1521
Enter APPS Password [APPS]:
RC-40201: Unable to connect to Database PROD.
Enter the Database listener port [1521]:ERROR: context creation not completed successfully.
Please check /tmp/adclonectx.err file for errors
