Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
It is found that in Enter PO Form under Terms and Conditions > Freight Carrier LOV does not contain/show any value after  Carriers  have been created .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Be able to select the defined Carrier in the Terms area

STEPS
define a Carrier : Setup > Purchasing > Freight Carriers
Open PO  and go to terms area
Open Carrier LOV and  is empty
