Orphan Serial Numbers Found In Mtl_Serial_Numbers_Temp Table (Doc ID 406286.1)

Symptoms

Orphan serial numbers exists in mtl_serial_numbers_temp table.
There are some records in mtl_serial_numbers_temp that are not orphan. In many cases found that the (group_mark_id, line_mark_id and lot_line_mark_id) fields are not null for some current On-Hand serials.
Records found in the mtl_serial_numbers_temp table while exist some pending transactions in mtl_material_transactions table  linked with some records in mtl_serial_numbers_temp table.
