Symptoms

Whilst running U3480000, worker failed on the following error:

sqlplus -s APPS/*****
/d01/oracle/testappl/per/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/peupgptu2.sql 17 64
DECLARE

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20001: DateTrack update not allowed for a record which started today
Cause:        You have tried to complete a date effective update for the record
which starts on the same day.
Action:        Change your DateTrack mode to correction or alter your effective
date.
