Attempting to view a transaction in Receivables Inquiry responsibility and receive the following error:

"Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator"

Responsibility:  Receivables Inquiry
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions > Query on a completed transaction > Click on the preview icon > Error occurs
