Attempting to view a transaction in Receivables Inquiry responsibility and receive the following error:
Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator
Responsibility: Receivables Inquiry
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
1. Query on a completed transaction
2. Click on the preview icon
3. Error occurs
