PO Header Context Sensitive DFF Form Not Opening For Autocreated POs (Doc ID 415497.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Open the Context sensitive descriptive flexfields on the Purchase Order Header
after the PO is Autocreated or the PO has been opened from the PO Summary form.
The Flexfield can be opened/accessed when the Purchase Order is creating manually


Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Context sensitive dffs, make at least one required.
2. create standard PO, access dffs and populate. (PO1)
3. Create Requisition.
4. AutoCreate requisition into PO (PO2)
5. Try to access dffs, can not
6. Query POs in PO Summary
7. Open PO1, access dffs
8. Open PO2, try to access dffs and can not.
