On in Production:
Find delivery line for specific order line XX is not appearing in the interface lines for invoicing.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter and book order
2. Release and Ship confirm
3. Run workflow background program
4. Go to Interface lines and search for the order no
5. If not available, check the workflow status in the order header
6. Status is deferred

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot invoice this line
