Symptoms
1. When attempting to run FNDATUPD the following error occurs.
2. The auditing update is being done against 2 tables:
AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL and FINANCIALS_SYSTEM_PARAMS_ALL
ERROR
APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table , audit table not made.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup data auditing for tables AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL and FINANCIALS_SYSTEM_PARAMS_ALL
2. Run the FNDATUPD concurrent request
