Symptoms
On 11.5.8 in Production:
Poor performance in Order Purge program. OM order purge is taking long time to run and is
running for 2-3 days.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect is that Order Purge program should complete within expected time.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create the purge set using "Order Purge Selection" concurrent Program.
Order Management Super User -- > Orders, returns --> Order Purge --> Order Purge Selection
This asks for a few parameters. Provided following parameters:--
a)Purge Set Name
b)Purge Set Description
c)Order Number Low
d)Order Number High
e)Creation date Low
f)Creation Date High
