Symptoms

When running  PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts the process errors. The following error can be seen in log file:

ERROR
MSG-00001: create_cmt_txns: Creating commitment txns from PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V Source
MSG-00001: proj_accum: Exception Generated By Oracle Error: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
MSG-00001: Exception was generated by Accumulation API
