Freight Terms On Sales Order Not Getting Refreshed Until Re-Queried

Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find that Freight term substitution modifers are not applying to sales order unless the sales order is requeried.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect freight term to be updated upon save
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to OM Super User -> Pricing -> Modifiers -> Set up a freight term substitution modifier
Navigate to OM Super User -> Create an order for which the freight term modifier should apply. Save the order. Check if the freight term has been
updated. If not, exit the form and requery the form. The correct freight term should be populated.
