APP-INV-43045 Error Occurs When Attempting to Open Item Master Form INVIDITM (Doc ID 422105.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Item Master form INVIDITM.fmb, the below error occurs:

APP-INV-43045: No Item Master Organization defined in the ORG_ORGANIZATION_DEFINITIONS table.
Ensure that a valid Item Master Organization is specified in one of the following columns:
&COLUMN1, &COLUMN2, &COLUMN3

This happens for any Responsibility where the Item Master form is added in the menu. All other responsibilities work fine.
