In e-Commerce Gateway, the 830 Outbound Planning Schedule transaction completes with errors.

Progress level SPSOB-10-1586: No HEADER level rows processed for transaction SPSO.

Changes

Upgrade to a higher applications release
- OR -
Application of 11i.ATG_PF.H or related ATG_PF Rollup Patch, or any EDI Minipack
- OR -
Application of any patch providing a higher version of ECSPSO2.sql
