Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When releasing an EAM Work Order with "Enable Material Issue Requests" checked, the Move Orders are
not getting automatically created and the Material is not getting Allocated.
Customer expects that the Move Orders should be automatically created so that the materials can be issued.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Work Order with Materials attached and "Enable Material Issue Requests" checked.
2. The Material is not getting Allocated and the Move Orders are not getting created.
