The Payables Accounting Process has Fatal Error Exceptions for Prepayment
Application/Unapplication events with foreign currency.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Payables Responsibility>Other>Request>Run
2. Select Process Name = Payables Accounting Process
3. Submit the request

Unable to account for prepayment application/unapplication events in accounting.
