Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find that the modifier defined with Pricing Context as Volume and Pricing Attribute as Group
Quantity or Group Amount does not seem to work.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create automatic modifier to apply a new price to all lines of the sales order for part number
90510, where the total quantity for 90510 is 2 or greater.
2) Create a new sales order.
3) Enter and save lines. Line 1 = 90510, qty 1; Line 2 = 90511, qty 1; Line 3 = 90510, qty 1.
All priced at 2950.
4) No change in pricing. Pricing order does not change the price.

Due to this issue, users cannot apply the Modifier as expected.
